I wonder who'll start out of Coutinho, Sterling and Allen.

Personally I'd go for Couts, they're going to flood the midfield and a killer pass from Couts through the throng can kill fat heads tactics and as a product their mentality with Raheem being a second half option if needed, unless of course Brendan's feeling solid then he'll start with Raheem.

If we control the midfield and minimise the crosses coming into our box, we will win.

I'm in agreement with the majority of you all in that I'm worried about this game. I've woken with a bad feeling this morning and can't shake it. After yesterday's results a win is paramount, nothing less.

I hope we go out all guns blazing and get an early goal.

Come on lads. Prove me wrong. Get the win and another 3 points. YNWA

Welcome to the forum mate, sorry to hear about your toilet tribulations but with the Suarez, Studge and Sterling we'll blow these away as they go into auto mode.

Between you, me and the lap top I can't even contemplate how a failure to win will affect me.

Good posts. Couple of them. Feeling better now. So near and yet so far, just go out there and enjoy the game, we will have enough to over come them and bring back the three precious points.

Put £5 on the reds to win 3-1 and Suarez to score last at 25/1. Confident of a win today!!

I wonder why is it that we, more often than the rest; arsenal, mu, chelsea and city gets to play our game on Sunday and at 4 to 6 pm while the rest have most of their games on Sat. I hate it.

It's purely about money, they want a greater platform for the sponsors and broadcasting rights which equals greater match day returns.

Thanks for enlighthening me, but can't they have us playing on a Saturday? Does it mean that we have a smaller fan base, can't be so. Or that they wanted our vast fan base worldwide to watch the game on Sunday. Whatever, I hate it that we have to play the last game of the week. I'm loosing my fingernails already.

It is essentially about a greater advertising umbrella, unfortunately the fan base appears to be a lower priority.

Seems that the Reds are under pressure today, after yesterday's results. I just hope that this running win continues, with the side in such good form, hopeful of another 3 points.

No pressure at all. Because if they lose we will be pressured to take the chance and if they win we will pressured to win too. So we need to play relaxed as normal!

Former Reds striker Andy Carroll, 25, says he "never really got a chance" at Anfield and has told his former club to be "worried" about facing him when they play West Ham on Sunday.

Just read this on BBC  :lmao:

They will score and create problems, but at the other end we have the world's best front line, this could be a 3-5, 2-4, 3-6...as long as we win I don't give a F**k

Huge huge game. Win here and the pressure is ramped up on city coming to us next week.

Big game needed from our full backs today.

      2-1 reds Sturridge and Johnson!!

this is West Ham not Barca or Bayern. I have every confidence that this set of lads led by Stevie will do the job Brendan asks them to do and they will do it well.We will be top of the league again tonight

Pure long ball football today by the host, you can guarantee the ball being lobbed over our midfield to Carroll.

The Boss would have told the players the importance of ball retention against teams like West Ham.

4-1 with Skrtel on the mark again :D

We need someone like Flanagan to make a bone crunching tackle early on in the game to let the Hammers know the Boleyn Ground belongs to us.

One game at a time, day and k.o. time are immaterial we can/will beat any team in front of us to win the league, starting today with a 3-1 win today.
