At the end of the day, whether it's 23m or 28m who cares.  It's clear Brendan wants this lad and the past few windows we've missed out on a lot of his targets due to f*****g around on the fees.  Finally we seem to be showing a bit of willing in the market and going out to land Brendan's target.

Also think that Lallana will prove to be a quality signing IMO.

   some are arguing that we paid too much for him, well BR wanted him, so Rodgers think he is good for LFC,
 We including me, a fewe months back ,were critisizing the club because we did not want to fork a few more millinos to get our targets, now that BR got his target maybe 1/2/3 millions more,who knows ,   some think its too much

 as long as Brendan Rodgers and the club are happy paying 25M for Lallana, its  ok with me and should be for all of us
 who can tell if a player, even world class name will fit immediately in a new club
 we will see if Adam Lallana was a good move in the future, untill then we should be happy with the way this window is unfolding for LFC

Strange isnt it, I have heard many times people moaning about too many foreigners in the PL hurting the national team and yet every half decent English player is too expensive (Including this one and Hendo IMO). He isnt worth more than £10-15 Million for me and we overpaid for another player because he is English.

However, he is (almost) a Liverpool player now regardless of the price....welcome to the best club in the world son.

When you see Lallana's agent on the main news saying the deals almost done, just need to iron out a couple of things.
I think it's safe to assume this deal is as much as done.

May as well wait till Tuesday (1st July) to announce it now. So they can also announce our foreign "signings" and have a photo opp at the same time.

Sky and BBC reported it being almost done so I would think barring something catastrophic it's probably a done deal.

I'm backing him and wishing him all the best, but if i would say that I'm thrilled about it i would be just lying.
