Missed two clear cut chances, but put away two very hard chances (one rightly called offside, one wrongly). His passing was great, his tackling was great, his energy was great. He gave the city defence trouble all game.

He had a much better game, than say Silva who is a classy player

The one he put away from an unbelievable angle but was ruled OS was F***ing crazy, Coutinho who I think fed the ball in from near the corner flag was as off-side as Lallana, who was very marginally OS himself, played off-side as well it's got to be said.

i want to see him starting v Burnley and Blackburn with coutinho (if tired) rested so that we are ready to destroy the other mancs and arsenal

I really like Lallana but he'll never be better than Steven Gerrard. That's no shame on the lad though considering just how good Gerrard was.

I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do after a bit more time at the club. His production still needs to improve but that will come in time. I think he has about 4 goals and 3 assists in 16 league starts but the rest of the squad haven't been big scorers this season either to be honest. Coutinho - 4 goals in 21 starts, Henderson - 3 goals in 25 starts, Sterling - 6 goals in 24 starts. Looking forward to seeing them all banging in more.

Same here, great feet again and he certainly seems to be developing an understanding with his teammates as the season progresses.

people seemed suprised Lallana has great games, hes a top player who just when he stared to play well got an injury which has set him back easily 3 months due to being out the team or coming on/off as a sub. next season when Gerrards gone we will see the shape we have now which includes lallana as he's very creative and technically good and also when fully fit can score.

he's class get him on the gear in the summer to bulk up a tiny bit and we have a top player he's technically very good and just needs the back to back games which he will get nxt season when Gerrard is gone.
