This dude is exactly the kind of player / person I hope my kids look up to. The dude could've quit and counted his losses and moved on. In all intents and purposes we kind of quit on him when we tried to sell him, thank God he didn't quit on us. The dude worked hard to bided his time, and made the most of his opportunity. Now he's a cult icon in our club and a man who will undoubtedly have his own song chanted at Anfield long after he's gone.
