Why not have a go at the title after this win ? F**k off to those Chelsea cu*ts, they will slip alot in the next weeks with UCL games. City are sh*t, Arsenal too, and Man Utd it's a wonder they're still in top 4.

Was a lot better today alright. Still a lot of progression to make as a player. He needs to realise that.

Yep, but we won't win out. And Chelsea are on course for a much higher finish

Allen and Coutinho stand out for me , Hendo looks so much more confident without Gerrard really think Boss needs to consider this when Gerrard back I would have him on bench no question .

Allen getting my motm just purely cause he was soooo much better than he has been to date. Coutinho is utter magic, but thats his normal level. Ha

Allen playing like that could really help our top 4 finish. Controlled the game, always passed forward, brought the ball forward and I dont think he missed a pass. Squaka?

Absolutely class from the lads today, couldn't fault any of them. Coutinho, Allen + Lallana specifically were great. Two absolute wonder goals and we showed great character at times to get through and get a HUGE 3 points. 2 points behind United, likely 3 behind Arsenal soon, but we are going to take some stopping, tonnes of positives. Apart from Coutinho's goal, Allen was my MOTM, pure class

      87.7%.

Second highest in the team behind Skrtel. 4th highest behind Mangala (95.1%) and Fernandinho (89.4%).

I too have given BR stick over no DM, but today you could see what he wants from Allen. A ball playing centre mid, who dictates the play and keeps the ball moving forward. Hendo and him really did cover the pitch well, kept the tempo up and broke the play up nicely when we were on the back foot.

      Super footie.

Skrtel and Mangala would be under no pressure. Fernandinho, fair play.

      Quality work from Allen.

Lovren is a good senior sub to have backup for Sakho, but his passing is piss poor and he was continuously breaking up our play by going back to Migs.

      Sakho back soon I hope.

Stunning second half performance. Allen and Coutinho were both sensational, can't pick just one for MOTM! Credit to Lallana as well who was brilliant at popping up in spaces to get the ball and make life awfully difficult for Fernandinho and Yaya.

I'm still in shock that we maintained that level of performance for 90 minutes considering the Besiktas game was less than 72 hours before. Incredible effort and all the lads deserve credit for that.

Be honest: who truly believed we would get 6 points from the last 2 games? I sure as hell didnt.

My predictions did actually. I got my prediction today spot on. No shaking.

No worries. Cheers. Sky use to call it out when players were going off. Good players cover ~10km a game. Serious mileage. I believe its like 30% up on a decade ago.

Haven't seen the game yet.  Looking forward to watching it.  Great result.

Fingers crossed we beat Burnley and someone above us slips up midweek so that we can maybe get ourselves into the top four this week.
