I think there are much bigger stains, to be fair. The aforementioned Diouf, Carroll, etc.

He won't fool that coach en route to Italy, Mario might not know where the F**k he's going but the sat-nav will get him as far from Anfield as is comfortable.

Diouf yes, total gobsh1te that lad was, everywhere he went nobody liked him.

But Big Andy Carroll, not having that, he put in a shift for us, the fee was not his fault, and his injuries are just bad luck.

We got back a good chunk of his money in loans and sales from west ham, and he scored a decent amount of goals, and won a cup with us. No comparasin to the mad mario situe.

I have never wanted a player to leave (although, Diouf...) Liverpool - even some of the dross I have supported...

Many will be ranked as the worst Liverpool player ever, Shaun Dundee (who is a bloody nice fella), Aquilani, Voronin, Dossena and many others all vie for this accolade. But for me, Mario beats them all to it. Mainly because of work rate and attitude along with the sheer frustration of the lad.

I wish him all the best so he gets a permanent move away - but enigma to say the least. Either that or a total plank who needs to get a grip if he want to be remembered for anything other than a clown. However, to be honest I don't think he cares about this and will take pay cheque after pay cheque before blowing it all...

So there is no clause for Milan to buy him?

i.e., he could be back next season?

Ah here you are - keep hoping Fed - you never know, maybe the manager will have taken your advice by then and binned off Benteke so Mario can have another chance.

Why don't you drop him an email? He's always keen to hear from people who are experts in the game  :lmao:

      Yep.
who knows maybe he will have a great Italian season and than we can ask £20/25M for him
or maybe he will have a bad one again and decides to retire, without bothering to return  to england

people keep saying dossena, but he scored a cracker v the mancs, so he goes down as a cult hero. And he always gave his best.

No he really didn't, two decent goals, but I also remember his abject performances at left-back earlier in that season when he was F***ing shocking.

Not even a cult hero in my book!
