      Don't understand the Rossiter criticism

He broke up play, held the ball up well and played a good few passes as well as getting a tackle in

      Thought he played well

Ibe will also learn a lot from that game

       ;D

      Good point.

I think when Benteke, Phil and Firmino get a few games together we will see more goals from them.

Great that we can debate where goals are going to come from on the back of three clean sheets though.

Rossiter just reminds me of Jay Spearing. Ibe has enough to make it but does he have enough between the ears?
Moreno frustrates me because his speed is just crazy but he cannot defend.
We seem a much more determined team now and that is a good start to being a successful side. I think we will destroy West Ham this weekend and that will be a very good start to the season.  Never felt we were really in that much trouble tonight so 3 game 7 points no goals conceded is about a good as we could have possible wished for. I think we conceded 10 goals against Arsenal and Stoke away so thats a fantastic improvement and 4 more points than last season too

Thought we should have scored in the first half - scored a few.

Obviously I'm thrilled with all the clean sheets but I am worrying where our goals are going to be coming from.

Not seeing anything to concern myself massively at the moment. We forced Arsenal into the mistakes by the attacking intent and positioning of our players (Brendan was right about dominating space!) and created the chances from it. Yes we might lack prolific goalscorers (apart from Benteke) but while we do the best we can do is prevent goals going in at the other end and we're doing that with great discipline and dare I say, intelligence.

Got to give Lovren a mention, thought he played really well tonight.

      Very good performance... again.

Emre Can played very good too, if someone has a gif with the tackle he has made from behind and stealing the ball from one of their players. Absolutely beautiful. And he's a F***ing tank, forgot to say that.

Selling Lucas now would be an insane decision, Rossiter isn't nowhere near ready for first-team, he needs to gain some weight, very lightweight.

Gave Gomez motm just ahead of Skrtel, this young fella was immense, he's 18 ffs, 18, yet he played as though he's been here for f***in yrs, I know it's early in the season, also in his career, but this young lad is already head and shoulders above any other Lwb I've seen this season, he's that f***in good, yes he has made errors, who doesn't?

      Name me someone better

F**k it, I'm going to say it I reckon this young fella will Be the best Lwb in the league come the end of the season,

Superb performance from the lad tonight, Outstanding as Brendan would say !

We've had 2 other strikers warming their arses on the bench for the past 3 weeks. If Brendan decided to use them at some point they may come good.

I thought he took a while to get into the game but was good as the first half went on. Tired early in the second but a good 60 minutes to get behind him ready for the weekend.

I think there's a lot of potential and serious threat out of a trio of Firminho, Benteke and Coutinho. Throw Sturridge into the mix later on and we good have a very complex attack that varies in many qualities.

I wouldn't change him I like a defender who is tough and a little bit raw

3 yellows in 3 games isn't good enough, keeps this going and he will be having quite a few suspensions over the season.

But for Peter Cech remember that he's actually a very good goalkeeper I thought we should have had that sown up by half time.

Hell of a game. Teenagers on there standing up to be counted against Arsenal.
      Gomez was fantastic.
Great to see Rossiter come on.

Front 3 of Coutinho, Firmino and Benteke will be something else when Firmino gets match fit.

Its not even his natural positon I believe he is a CB. We have a really solid defence now still need a tweak going forward maybe Daniel could be that man.But tonight great effort by the lads and a worthy point

Yup. I don't undestand the Moreno substitution. Why not give Ings or Origi 5 minutes.

Very happy with that performance and result.
Predicted a draw at best and feel we fully deserved a point at least.

Gomez was excellent. So assured, energetic & technically sound for such a young fella.
Skrtel was dominate in all areas. Showing his quality finally in the air and on the ground.
Loren put in another solid display. Great to see a blossoming partnership with Martin.
Cylne ran himself into the ground and performed excellently.
Big Ben was a beast....very encouraging. Unlucky to not get a goal.
Phil was constantly looking, testing and prying. Another good showing.
Lucas....so good to see him back. Hope this puts away any chance of him leaving.
Can got better as the game went on.
Firmino is taking time to get settled and up to speed but there is a player in there, though i am surprised that he isn't that quick.

      Overall....very very encouraged.
Clean sheet, undefeated, foundation building performance and can only get better attacking wise.

Can't find any faults in our game tonight, Moreno i think is more suited to be a winger than a defender.

Benteke was ripping them to shreds, gutted he didn't score on that chance, but i bet he'll score at least 2 against West Ham.

Firmino played a decent game, linked up well with his teammates and gave an assist to Big Ben, he isn't 100 % match fit, so we can only expect better from him. Clyne and Gomez were fantastic, Skrtel and Lovren played good too, bar that mistake at the start of the match.

It was a shame we lacked real quality on the bench as once Lucas went off we lacked any sort of shape and Ibe unfortunately for the 3rd game in a row offered nothing, in fact a knackered Firmino would have been more useful.

Highlighting a couple of injuries and with Lucas seemingly off we need to bolster our midfield options before end of the TW.

Yea, hard to believe either would've done less than Jordan.

Strange that neither has had a run.

Well let me start by saying I am ecstatic with the draw against Arsenal, especially give how the bossed the game second half have said that….

I understand the Ibe substitution, Firmino was fading toward the half and show little,
But the Lucas for Rossiter? I felt he should have either bought on Origi for Lucas and played 4-4-2 or instead of Coutinho taken off Benteke of Origi or Ings for the last 10 mins. We needed something different up front other than Benteke to score
