A lot of poor performances but oddly we looked like we had an actual formation and strategy.

One is returning from injury, the other has no excuse.

Appalling performance from Coutinho, don't think he quite realises the importance of these matches.

Actually what does BR do on the training pitch? Totally clueless in the final third, truly embarassing  a better organise attacking unit would have torn the blueshite defence to pieces. It's so torturing watching our offensive game nowadays. Coutinho is a full time passenger today and yet still on the filed and Ings got replaced. Sturridge playing so deep and no support, what a shower of sh*t football is this. Embarassing embarassing performance.

Was happy with the attitude of the players today. They all worked hard. But Can is NOT a CB. We're wasting his talents there.

Result is a fair one IMO. Was surprised to see Danny Ings go off. He was great and has a bright future here, regardless of manager. If only we played every game like it was the local derby...

Terrible second half really, thought we offered virtually no threat to their goal whatsoever.

Moreno was clearly MotM followed by Lucas for me, hard to pick out many other positives.

Everton looked the more dangerous for most of the match and to be fair to Barkley, he may be a tw*t but they've got a real talent there, the lads at the back look decent for them too.

Special mention for Ings who got his goal and thought he'd make a difference and he did, was wrong to drag him off.

I thought we were ok in the first but poor in the second, only thing that saved us was that Everton were even worse.

Draw is probably a fair result, although I do think the ref has done a big favour with the Lucas incident. Red card there and I think we would have gone on to lose.
