Pre Match: Newcastle v Liverpool Sun 6th December 16:00KO
      Dec 03, 2015 11:56:34 am
I'm still in shock after the 6-1 thrashing of Southampton on Wednesday night.

A few players made a claim for a starting spot last night.

Hopefully Coutinho will be back, but Can is suspended after picking up his 5th yellow of the season against Soton.

Hendo and Sturridge will continue their returns from injury.

I expect we will see a similar side and formation:

      Mignolet

      Clyne
      Skrtel
      Lovreno
      Moreno

      Milner (c)
      Lucas
      Allen

      Coutinho
      Lallana

      Benteke

Subs: Bogdan; Toure; Henderson; Ibe, Firmino; Sturridge, Origi.

It's so hard to pick a team at the moment, nearly all of our players are on form.

There's no need to rush Hendo and Sturridge back, Allen and Benteke could come in for them.

Confident of a win here, they are pretty awful.

      1-3 to us.

For those who saw my last post about the baby scan - The baby is healthy and functioning well. We are finding out the sex on 21st January, either way we will have another LFC fan :)

Why do you need to know the sex of the baby? Keep it a surprise - it will be a boy or a girl - I promise - scout's honour.

Anyway, all the best to you and your mrs.

Some players will feel they have done enough to start on Sunday i.e Origi and Daniel and Bogdan looked very very commanding.
I think he has an idea of his starting line up and he will look to bring Daniel and Hendo back slowly.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Toon try and play as the away team and try and park the bus. They know they are going to get ripped apart if they come out and play.

There again I doubt they have the team cohesion to try and play tight.

Either way we should have enough for 3 pts.

I'm for this one and can't F***ing wait. Our immense away form is adding to the excitement.

      5-1 win to the Redmen.

if they take a beating they could well end up with Rodgers as their manager

Are we on the box anyone? Hoping for a decent win here to cement our position in the business end of the table.

Think all of Coutinho, Hendo, and Studge will start on the bench as they are slowly brought back to full fitness.  I'd guess it will be:

      Migs
      Clyne - Skrtel - Lovren - Moreno
      Lucas - Milner
      Lallana - Firmino - Ibe
      Benteke

Studge and Hendo off the bench for 30 minutes to continue their return to fitness.

I think we're gonna smash these fuckers!!!  They have been piss recently and we are brimming with confidence!!  5-0 to the mighty Reds, cause Migs is a clean sheet beast!!!

For a Newcastle fan, the last team you want to be playing against, right now, is us..They will be worried let me tell you..

They will need to play their best football for a long time if they are to get anything out of this game..

I cannot see anything else but another emphatic win...

We are exposing teams for the sh*te that they actually are... It's embarrassing and hilarious..

I'm going for a 4-0 addition to my Jürgen Diploma... I'm still learning and in awe of our new Professor of Football..

God help the Geordies thats all I can say..

I don't think it's going to be the breeze everyone is thinking its going to be.

Just have a feeling Newcastle are going to pull a performance out the bag.

Had a sneaky look at one or two of their forums, they're all popping cash on Liverpool at -3.

They think we'll win anywhere from 5-0 up and some expect to concede double digits. They really are in a shambles at the minute. Shame, I actually don't mind Toon fans in fairness and I'd hate to see them relegated. We've had great matches over the years.

Always gotta be wary of a match we should storm and win comfortably. Newcastle are struggling quite a bit this season, but still think we need to be sharp.

If Newcastle come out and play attacking footy, I expect us to put 5 on them. Unfortunately, I think McClaren, being the footballing genius he is,  :f_tongueincheek: is gonna go so defensive, their main goal scoring threat will come from their keepers goal kicks.
This is a game McClaren can't afford to lose if he wants to stay in the job. We will therefore find it hard to break through them. It will be more like a home game for us tactically, and Jürgen hasn't quite come up with the formation to unpick those park the bus defences just yet.
Coutinho would help, but he'll probably start on the bench, coming back from injury.
All the above is from my cold tactical analysis, deep thinking and football phylosiphy.

      My heart still says 5 - 0 the Red Men !!!!!    :aaliverpool2xt1:

Has to be the only banker away this season. The walley hasn't a defence to pick from so has to attack :lmao:.If they try to take the game to us they are fcuked. Handicap -2 is the bet.
