Well if ever a match was an indictment on the previous management and the transfer committee's signings, then this is it. Two guys sum it up:

Lallana - a Rodgers signing, just f**king awful.
Firmino - a committee signing, just f**king awful.

We have got rid of the previous management BUT we still have the transfer committee fuds in charge. But hey, you get what you pay for - and currently we are paying a wage to f**king Sunday League wankers in the Committee who are paying for utter sh*te in the Liverpool squad.

For desire yes but for the amounts of mistakes they both made, Can and Sakho should be ashamed.

I'm under no illusions - if Klopp can't work with these guys, nobody can.

He's got a lot of work to do - the last thing we want to do is blame him for this.

The players have let us down and they've let the manager down. Can't get any more shameful than that.

Worst part about that third goal is how utterly avoidable it is if Emre Can controls and passes in two touches like any normal Premiership player can do. Instead he fucks around gives it away and suddenly... counter attack.

I don't think I've ever seen a player hold on to the ball for as long as Emre Can does. It's mental how long everything takes when he has the ball.

These players don't deserve to wear the jersey again. Serious problem if they can only be motivated by the big games and not by 3 points

The problem is some think we can just dip into the transfer market and all the answers are there.

They are not. We don't have the finances to compete with the top clubs, so we have to get our academy up to a standard whereby we can create players who are good enough for the squad. Not necessarily the next Gerrard but someone who can just do a job for us.

At the moment we are wasting £15 million on players who can - at their best - merely just 'do a job'. Pool all our transfer funds to a few brilliant players, as opposed to 10 squad players, and leave the academy graduates to fill the holes.

why is Tex not in the squad he has shown that he is capable to play in the 1st team

So does Lallana, think both of them were disgraceful. Actually think there were plenty below Can who was admittedly sh*te as was everyone though. Nobody can come off that pitch with any pride, furious with them after that.

I want to see some ramifications after that, dunno who we drop, who we make an example of but that was just beyond sh*t.
