Are the rumours correct that Divock after the post match celebrations is now pregnant?

Genuinely enjoyed that don't care how bad Villa were.

Was good to see us play some footy that was  easy on the eye and convert our chances.

My highlight was the supporter kissing Origi's neck.

      Good to have strikers again.

Never really had an axe to grind with them.

But I did read a Q&A pre-match oppo talk between them and us a few years back, and well, the fans on their forum and the answers they gave led me to believe they have got to be the most depressing fans in the country.

I'd like to see Sunderland and Newcastle go not keen on either of them, and those inbred cu*ts Norwich I could happily wave off too.

EDIT: Just seen the league table for about the first time in 5 months (haven't been able to bare the f**ker for most of the season) and Leicester and Spuds are right up there! Fingers crossed Spurs don't win it! Jesus, we've missed a trick this year.  :(

      I couldn't handle Spurs winning it.  :f_wah:

It's no secret that I despise them with a passion and have done for many years.

I'm the same. I don't want to see Arsenal do it either, but Spurs would be especially bad.

I hate to say it, but they have momentum and winning at City will do wonders for their confidence and belief.  :-[

I don't mind Arsenal winning it. I've never had any issue with them, even in '89 when they denied us the title.

Difficult to use this game as a yardstick of where we currently stand, as we don't normally face towel throwers, but we did show again that if teams let us play, we actually can play something approaching quality football. They were so bad, that we could have scored another 6 if we wanted. And we need it too, considering the goal difference is so poor relative to those around us, that with 20 minutes to go, I would have liked at least another 2. It's not our job to make the scoreline more bearable for them. If they're on the ropes, put them away. We needed them to do us a favour at City two years ago. They let in one and fetched that towel. This was payback time.

All domestic eyes now to the Chelsea-City game next week. If it's a draw, the home City game is off. If Chelsea win, the home Chelsea game is off. In that case, we could have just one league game in 5 weeks, and with at least 2, possibly 3 games in hand. So it could be three weeks before we play in the league again, at Palace. That will be a game, this was a walkover.

Leicester or Arsenal will win it.

I'm still backing Arsenal myself. Swiftly getting dumped out of the CL by Barca will do them great favours. Then again I think Spurs will sacrifice the Europa League so I expect  parity there.

But because Arsenal have a wider diversity of attacking options to call on I'm sticking with them.

Anybody but United. If it can't be Liverpool I don't really care that much who wins it as long as it's not United. Would pick Leicester if I had my choice, but I think Arsenal will win it.

Gone for Couts motm, just on the strength of motd. No chance of a defender getting it, they had nothing to do villa were so bad.
I noticed somewhere in the transfer thread, someone once suggested we should go in hot Micha Richards! WTF how sh*t is he as a defender. No surprise he couldn't get a game at Citeh. We did look better with couts back, and a goal threat up top, but this not a good measure of our improvement or not.
Might get a better idea on Thursday when the opposition will be better, but good to see the goals going him anyway.
Has to be a big boost to confidence after the sitters we've missed recently.

      Pretty sure it was BigMick.

Tend to agree with Carra who assessed Villa's squad as he couldn't see a single player any manager would want to take off them.

Their owners have really overseen them get their best players plucked and really haven't replaced them.....

That's sound logic and Leicester or Arsenal is fine with me. I only dislike three clubs - Scum, the Chavs and Spurs.

Just finished watching a little bit ago. Great game and how I expect things to be going. Hope Danny can stay healthy but if he can't, I still think Phil looked a lot more dangerous than he had before his injury.  Wonder if having the new baby had affected his focus (I know it affected mine when I became a father) and maybe now he's had some time to settle in. Either way, if he keeps playing this way we should be ok.

Liked some of Jürgen's post match comments as well, especially about how it was nice to have Danny but we should still be able to perform regardless of who is fit and available. That's the mentality I want my manager to have. No excuses, broad shoulders, put it all on him. We'll do alright with him I suspect.

Can't stand their fanbase, they've got to be 10 times more fickle than us  :D and come out the woodwork blowing their own trumpets. Tossers.

The media don't help because they have this fixation with Spurs, despite their lack of success over the years and clearly being in Arsenal's shadow.

      6-0, 6 different scorers. That'll do like.
