Karius, who underwent surgery, was initially ruled out for eight to 10 weeks but medical staff are delighted with how itās healing.
The Ā£4.7million summer signing from Mainz has been able to maintain his fitness levels during his absence and has been working outside at Melwood this week on his kicking.

If everything goes to plan then Karius should be available for selection again shortly after the international break in mid-September.
Simon Mignolet faces a fight to maintain his status as Liverpool No 1 this season following the arrival of Karius. However, the Belgium international made a positive start to the season last weekend as he saved Theo Walcottās penalty in the Redsā 4-3 win over Arsenal.
