Saturday showed what raw pace can do and its/his importance to us.
He was having a bit of a mare against Sunderland truth be told, in the sense nothing was really coming off for him but a couple of things really stood out for me...
1. He never hid, always wanted the ball and to be involved
2. Because of that raw pace he killed the game with that direct run that led to the pen, no other player has that pace in our side coupled with the game intelligence that won the pen.. he didn't just blam it or run down a blind alley, he went fast and direct at their back line and just held off on that last touch when their lad slid in that brought that contact.
He's really impressed me this season way more than I thought he would and even in his poorest performance still had a significant influence
