Delighted with that team performance and so many strong players to mention. I thought Mane was absolutely exceptional tracking back, he was relentless. Milner was a contender for MotM, Matip and Lovren very, very good but MotM has to go to Hendo who was all over the place and scored a truly exceptional goal that is easily a contender for goal of the season.

That puts us right in the mix in my opinion, anyone who took the 11/1 beforehand will be very happy with their slips now.

Get the F**k in there! I thought we were poor defensively for their goal but other than that I thought we were superb!! My MOTM is Henderson. He was all over the place, winning tackles, tracking back, defending, scored an amazing goal, kept the game ticking over, added to the intensity in attack with his quick forward passes etc.

Shout out to the 2 centre backs, kept Costa quiet for 92 minutes of the game and that's a difficult thing to do.

What was almost better than Henderson's goal was how when we conceded, we shut up shop, closed them down, kept the ball and saw out the rest of the match. I think we're maturing as a football team.

Hendo put in a captain's performance! Matip and Lovren were great and Lalllana too.

We managed the game perfectly, slowed the tempo and really shut down their wide players. Best defensive performance I have seen in while.
