7 goals in 15 appearances now since he left on loan for this guy. Was forced out of the game today with a shoulder injury that is thought to not be serious. What do you guys think? Would he be ready to get in the team next season or he could use another loan spell?
He can't be worse than Origi, can he?
hahaha Come on, Origi not a world-beater, but I'll take the historic goals and those against Everton all day
Oh he's a legend, always will be for those goals he scored, but he is a bang average forward, as seen yesterday, we really need to upgrade and honestly Brewster can't be worse, in fact given a run of games I think he could be quite good for us.
Lets be real lads ... in my opinion he needs a loan to a PL side before making our squad. A loan to a team like Leeds, Watford, Palace or Southampton would be good.
Leeds is a good shout as they play the most similar style to us out of the above teams. He may need another season on loan as unlike Origi I'm not sure he will be willing to sit on the bench for most of the season.
Is Brewster a Klopp forward though, that's the question, those elusive qualities which are so hard to define ;-)
Well he is a natural goalscorer, he has pace, he has strength, haven't seen enough to see how good his link up play is yet but from reading Swansea forum opinions it sounds pretty good. So I would say he ticks a lot of boxes.
He hasn't been any of those things for us so far, the times I've seen him for us he's been about as effective as Origi normally is.
Are you seriously judging him on his three senior appearances for the club to date?
Yes he has shown absolutely f**k all in any of them, compare that to Greenwood.
What exactly do you think Greenwood did in his first three games for UTD , he has played 29 games alone this season - how the hell can you compare the two
