You have to agree with club first before agreeing terms with player.

Expect an apology from us any day now then for allowing this to happen in such a back to front way!

Translation: AGREEMENT signed with COUTINHO. FCB has all tied with the player. The club negotiates with Liverpool for the transfer

you posting **** from RedCafe? Not cool. Doubt there's truth in this. Can't agree term without Liverpool's permission unless they want a transfer ban.

      COUTINHO DEAL AGREED'

Big news coming out of Spanish media... Radio station RAC1 report that Barcelona have agreed a deal with Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho.

They say a deal has been agreed with the player himself, but a transfer still needs to be negotiated with Liverpool.

Quite how that works, without 'tapping up', is beyond me. But we'll wait to see how this one plays out.

Barcelona's press conference is coming up having been delayed by around half an hour.

Somebody should tell Phil and Emre for that matter they were having too much fun at practice today; too much kidding around with they're teammates if you ask me.

Oh and Klopps body language was far to relaxed.

Daily Express reporting Liverpool are 'likely' to accept a £30.4m bid for Emre Can from Juventus. would make sense if we were to get Keita it pushes him further down the starting list

Yeah, I have a fair amount of trust in Jürgen not to have him going anywhere anytime soon. A report stating that he's "agreed personal terms with Barca" doesn't fill me with too much fear either. Sounds like a bunch of bullshit. I'd be pretty bullish about legal ramifications from our side if that was true, and we hadn't agreed, considering the sh*t we've dealt with in the last month or two. But hey, football - it's a stupid sport that often sees the evil empires of Barca, Madrid etc get what they want, when they want, damn the rules.

But still don't see this going anywhere this year 8)

      Same feelings here.

Also pretty damning if Phil does go after Jürgen announcing we're not a selling club.

Well certainly a good source for us reporting Barcelona for tapping up one of our players unless they are being slanderous and spreading untruths, either way we should sue someone!

If we end up selling Coutinho (I hope we don't) the  forecast will be stormy weather ahead.

I don't think we will sell him. We know what Klopp thinks.

If however, we do sell him it will only prove that FSG are willing to humiliate and undermine their manager (any manager therefore), and see this purely as a business club and not a football club.

Like I said, even with all that wonga teasing them, I don't think this lot would sell Philippe from under the nose of this manager - not unless they had a death wish (figuratively speaking).
