the FA Cup is a farce with so many games not able to use it whilst Prem league grounds will the FA have not provided a level playing field here.
We had this argument last year. And the year before. Probably will have it next year also, because nothing has changed.
Our opponents today, found their way to Anfield the last time, thanks to a penalty given for a challenge outside the box, with no VAR available to overturn it. In the replay, they put the ball in the net, but we had VAR available to spot the offside in the build up. Then we won 1-0. I didn't read too many complaints about VAR doing it's job that night.
I'm not annoyed by your barb. It just shows that after 10 years of reading what I have to say from across the water, you really don't know me at all.
I feel sorry for your constant defence of VAR like the Premier League is the only level of football in this country. The whole point of the game is that the rules apply on every level of the game. VAR dooesn't provide that as it's not available at every level. F**k the sportsmanship cos money rules.
I feel sorry for the fact you're so wound up by the mancs. Us scousers learnt to leave that level of hatred and obsession back in the 90s
I've been on a war footing against the mancs since the cup replay in 85. Too much has happened over the years to simply brush it off.
The whole point of the game is winning matches. If you win more than everyone else you win trophies, and if you don't you won't.
If it was up to me, VAR would be at every level. At a professional level, there's no excuse imo not to have it. But if we can't have it at every level, then at least we can have it at the highest level, where the biggest focus is, and the most is at stake.
