The lack of impact Lallana and Ox have had has been the most shocking part of the first 45.  Naby has shown glimpses after knocking off the early rust. Milner, Elliott, and Gomez have impressed the most.

Lallana is right off the pace. Playing too deep, to make any effect, but probably on bosses orders. Lovren "I'm the best defender in the world" () Not even the best defender on the pitch.

Almost as if they're lacking match fitness? It;s a miracle Ox is able to take the field, it'll be a huge testament to his willpower and the medics if he is able to regain the level of playing he had prior to the injury. When was Lallana last a regular first teamer?

Keita has got a long road back to get into this team. Whenever hes seemed close to  breaking in to the team hes picked up an injury. Back to being rusty again today.

Even against this lot Lovren makes me nervous. Elliott playing well such a clever little player for sixteen. Midfield three are poor tonight.
