Yep, hopefully they take some points from City, and in the process wear themselves into the ground
I think Wolves were supposed to have a crap season because of the UEFA Cup. I also think they were supposed to go to City and roll over, having two less days to prepare for it. Instead they won 2-0. So there should have been no complacency lads. Go out there, win the game, take the three points, onto the next one.
The Leicester game was our best performance since oh...Bournemouth away. A few weeks ago, Milner said we were not good to watch for those with heart issues. Now we are not good to watch for the opposition. And to think some were happy to take a point from this game! It was a walkover, and an example of what we can do when we hit top form. It wasn't quite as difficult as the trip to face them on this date 25 years ago when they were bottom of the league, but happily it was the same outcome.
After our recent travels, it was nice to have 3 home games to celebrate the New Year. Plenty of chances to show off our newest addition to the Champions Wall.
