All that shocked me about the whole thing is that they were provisionally slapped with a "ban" in the first place. No doubt they've been using creative methods to funnel funds into the club, but the whole thing just seems like a gesture from UEFA with the purpose of trying to create an illusion they're at least trying to implement the rules, with City being the example.
When PSG can drop Ā£400M on two players (while also paying them both a total of near enough Ā£1M a week) you know the whole thing is fu**ed and that regulations obviously aren't being followed
