Thing is we have too many supersubs and too many who underperform when part of the starting team

      No we don't.

Thiago was back in training yesterday.......which means there's a slight chance we could see him again before the end of the season.

Like to think it means we will see him again with how careful we have been . If we can get FA cup and possible Europa Action as well as some Prem games will be great and also allows others to rest .

Almost like having a new signing, the time he has been out of action.

Despite playing 5 minutes, and barely moving in those 5 minutes, he’s injured again. Just sad at this point.

We knew what we get when we signed him. It was a high risk high reward deal and I guess overall he played enough to make some impact but far from best case possible. Get rid of him asap.

Disappointing that he keeps getting injured. Wonderful footballer to watch.

With his contract being up he’s a goner but there’s a good chance wherever he goes he will stay healthy. Such has been our luck with injuries.

No surprise. Should have been sold 2 years ago. Only surprise was he got through a couple of training sessions.

Hate to say told you so ..... but on this occasion.

      £1m every 5 weeks  :f_whistle:

The only silver lining is that it's doubtful the £5m in ad-ons was ever triggered towards Fußball-Club Bayern München.... Phew!

We all knew that Thiago was always going to be a bonus when he got on the pitch as opposed to someone we need to get fit

Thiagos injuries were well know before and we took a gamble -we saw what we got when he was fit 21/22 and was superb

Now the bet is on how many game would he get before we lose him to the treatment room again.

Bets in for Thiago to be injured by the next game.
      What do I win?

I’d happily take a fraction of the salary that he hasn’t earned this year.

Just retire at this point... can't begood for the mental side when you work your arse off to get back to fitness and not last 5 minutes all the time.

A years pay for 5 minutes of football.  And we lost the game.

      Wonderful contribution.

Won't miss him when he goes.
