The loss to Stoke with Rodgers was bad but this was worse.

Not for me, least this time we know we are a LOT better than that performance.
Back then, we were just plain poor. Still rem Stevie's goal though that night, the one bright spot.

This defeat won't even be remembered by the end of the season most likely.

It will be when it’s our only defeat for the rest of the Season. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🔴

      No Alisson for 6 weeks

That Champions League group gets that bit harder now without him for half of it

Bit naive from Klopp. He was probably thinking if we got the next goal we could get back into it so he probably wanted to have two attacking subs ready for that.

Of course the game was already gone at the break so yeah Gomez should have come off earlier.

A pretty bad day for everybody involved really, apart from maybe Mo, Robbo and Jota.

People were walking past him like he wasn't there, he was passing was off, feel bad for Joe, but honestly can't recall a worse performance from a CB in red in a decade. Someone am sure will prove me wrong. Though think even Lovren v Spuds wasn't as bad. He just looked in a complete daze.

It's 4-6 weeks, to be fair. We should have some of the other injured players back after the break which will help.

This is the content I want to see!

nah look I just sometimes thin in this era we or some need to think everything has to be perfect. Those who think that when something goes wrong its not good enough. Yet our greatest ever sides took hidings but went on to to be champions.

Tonight wasnt good in any way shape or form and personally id like to add 1 or 2 before tomorrow night. But the sky has not fallen in

Get in the market for a keeper for christ sake. No fan of panic buying but Adrian is done and if he plays for the next 6 weeks we'll be out of everything.

Getting pelters from the mancs (and Saints fans who frickin hate LFC). I posted up 'could it be 10' on facebook when they were 5 down vs Spuds and unsurprisingly the thread kicked back into action tonight. Keep my frickin mouth shut next time that was embarrassing.

At some point surely you have to shut up shop and play some damage limitation. That was a very niaive performance in the 2nd half for me.

It's not gonna be a nice international break but hopefully the lads come back fit, we get Thiago and Mane back, same for the skipper and the keeper and be ready for the derby.

Next game we take to them, and go from start to finish.  you all know we can do this

So sit back and defend the 2-5?  We still loose though. We kept trying till the end, even though we never looked like we were going to get back into it.
Just meant that no matter what the tactics, if players play THAT poorly, you will come away with nothing

Yes take the 5-2! Take your medicine and get out of there. Even at 6-2 and 7-2 we were being caught out time and time again. The game is finished and all we achieved was to embarrass ourselves further.

Shall we just agree not to watch MOTD2 tonight ?

I said that would be tough for me seeing as my tv has just been F***ing launched into the mersey

This sucks, I can’t even go in the laugh at The Mancs thread.  Doesn’t feel right after what we just witnessed!

You did the right thing as karma always gets us in the end. Some couldn't resist though.  :D

F**k that's bad news on Alisson, i honestly think we have go get another keeper. Adrian did well early last season but has been terrible ever since and his confidence will be absolutely shot now. The error vs Atletico and this one tonight are right up there with Karius.

After the stoke game there was a feeling of rock bottom and we were asking ourselves what now then. There wasn’t much light at the end of the tunnel.

Today is more of a what the F**k. Lots of emotions but confused more than anything.

Both performances were sh*te and both were completely inexcusable. But, despite that sh*t show, we’re still the best team in the country and we still have the best manager in the world.

Playing everton next could be fantastic or a F***ing nightmare. If we lose then our confidence really will be shattered. If we win though, then we will have bounced back against our neighbours who are flying.

Already it’s a huge game though, so early into the season.

The thing with Adrian is yes he was to blame for 1 goal but the bigger picture is the fear and lack of confidence in our back 4 he brings

No dont buy that, that back 4 should be full of confidence plus weve shipped goals v leeds with Alisson...its a deeper issue then Adrian
