Not the end of the world all things considered, but man we looked pretty sh*t after Bobby and then Trent came off. Probably more likely due to Trent, James is better defensively but doesn’t offer much going forward.

A point is better than our usual results there over the last few years.

Every time we seem to have a key player returning, another picks up an injury. Hopefully the international break is enough time for Trent to recover although I’m doubtful given the look on his face.

The plan was working great first half and we should have gone in at half time at least one up.

TAA was a big loss in the 2nd as Milly could not offer any attacking threat.

That's Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and City already gone in the first 8 games and we're one off the pace. Injuries been brutal and VAR given us nothing.

Decent position to be in but we really do need the injuries to dry up in the coming weeks.

Well they were the home side, and looked it to be fair, much of our own doing though. A draw respectable considering the injuries we have.
Still 5 ahead of them and our injured get a bit of time for recovery.
Should hopefully be back to full strength after the break bar VVD.

Would have taken a point before kick off but 2nd half we didnt do anything near enough to try and win it....Ftom 20 mins to go we could easily have withdrawn one of the front 3 to bulk up the midfield as we were creating nothing for them.

Interesting that Walker never got a card for his penalty against Mane, he’d have never made the second half and would have been off late with his second yellow.
