Scotland manager Steve Clarke on Robbo:
“Andy’s injury is a little bit more significant than everybody else’s but we’ve still got a few days to go before we get to Israel. He’s coming with us, he’s on the plane. And hopefully he is fit and available.”
They just qualified for the Euros, what is this match for and why is it so important he is ready to risk an already-injured player?
it is very important, if we top group we get promoted to nations league A groups for next time, and we have a chance at one of the extra play off spots for the world cup, and we will hopefully be seeded higher when the draw is done for world cup qualifying.
I suspect andy will be on the bench though tmrw and KT will play LB.
They wont risk him if hes not 100% fit, I thought it was just cramp oh thursday, but maybe more of strain it seems.
