Should sign Santiago Gimenez and continue the tradition of nicking Spurs targets at the last minute.

Given the supposedly leaked stuff we've seen on twitter saying that Nunez was a Klopp signing etc,
I don't think the head coach (Not manager) will have much say on targets.

CB, CDM, Winger and probably all 18 - 23 profile are the most likely I'd imagine.

Mane 24 when he signed, Salah 25 so I imagine a bit older than the profile you mentioned.

Gimenez is 23 so he's only a year off Mane.

      Szoboszlai - 22
      Mac Allister - 24
      Gravenberch - 21
      Nunez - 22
      Gakpo - 22

There are other's in there like Endo but they definitely have a favourite window.

Ornstein said we are looking at a wide player. I would love to see Kudus here.

With Slot using a 4-2-3-1 the club will have to bring in at least one proper winger in the Summer.
Getting Kudus from West Ham is probably a year too late for Kudus.
Would have liked him signed from Ajax, but that's the type of player needed.
Alternatively stick Salah up front and put Szoboszlai on the right.

I believe Bakayoko is that player Kudus was at Ajax last year, only better and more talented. Watch him in the CL in the games he played against Arsenal.

Rumours that hes asked for Guilherme from Brazil as his 1st signing....only 18, supposed to be the sh*t though.....would love to see us take a punt on top young Brazilian talent

Remember over the years thinking how for example did PSV get Romario where were we

Salah staying by sounds of it anyway

Seen this guys name pop up a few times now, hope he's not the new Andre.

Have no idea who he is and have never seen him play but I'm absolutely all for taking punts on these South American superstars  ;D

Teun Koopmeiners will be a red within 10 days of market opening. Also see us signing a winger and the versatile defender from Feynoord. Heard a rumor of Trafford being Kellehers replacement. He is imo the type of target to try and get. Would show maturity on his part if he  came to us, rather than playing in lower league (Burnley going down).

Not sure we've done too well in recruiting directly from South American clubs. Lucas from Gremio probably the last one. Certainly it seems the Spanish clubs and Madrid in particular seem to have a handle on that market, whilst clubs on Italy have string connections with the Argentinia market for obvious reasons..The Portuguese clubs do well too.

Can’t even imagine worrying about incoming players at this point. Need to wrap up this season and then see what the new staff looks like.

The season is over.  We are 3rd and will finish 3rd.  Not much drama left....

As such, new coach, new players, and a fresh new style are what we have to be excited for.

That's what I thought. I haven't looked in detail but was pretty sure 3rd was almost guaranteed now

It depends on what LFC do in outgoings.
If Salah was to leave Kudus should be the No1 target.

He's definitely feels as good a option as anyone else on the market which to me says more about the absence of alternatives around Europe than how good he is but nonetheless....

He's had a pretty good season in his first season here. Was Sadio doing any better in terms of numbers whilst at Soton? Not really. I look to that and how young he still is as a sign of encouragement he could build into something similar.

Slot will know him well and his Dutch/Eredivisie connections could play a part in the players we sign.

      Not as good as Foden!!

And if he's so would class why didn't he prove it in the semi-final against City.

You mean they have bought young talent like Oscar Bobb meaning homegrown players like Cole Palmer can't get a game, so they F**k off to a club where they can get a game. And that would be rent boy F***ing shitty Chelsea!!

So no worries all round really.

There's better out there that you could poach for less and anyone that watches half as much football around Europe as they do the Prem would know this.

Olise is a good player but he's a little overrated on the grounds that we have the advantage of watching him most weeks.
