If they lose I’ll be even more gutted with that Leicester loss, but at least it would keep the damage to a minimum.

City are playing with complacency and look shocked that a team is actually going at them for a change.

We’ve had some poor performances from individuals recently but Sterling, Jesus and Mahrez just put in on of the worst performances I’ve seen this season from any of their players and any of ours.

      Hope it continues!

Arsenal starting to look a decent side under Arteta.

Hopefully they get another as I'm sure City will score at least one.

I used to know the Atwell family quite well. I even refereed with him a few times many moons ago.
I always found that he was fast tracked too quickly.
Not saying the decision was wrong for penalty but I think he was pushed to the top too quick.
I spoke to him last a few years back not long after the “ghost goal” he gave. He said then that if technology was better he would have known it was not a goal.
But even with technology it’s very inconsistent.

They are all as bad as each other really. It's a different referee each week having an absolute shocker.

Doesn’t take much for City to get a penalty does it.

But when it comes to conceding anything it’s different rules. The VAR decision in the first half is a joke, clear pen.

Yeah: the standard isn’t great. But when we were refereeing together he was head and shoulders above everyone else. Everything about him was top notch.

Referees understand the rules but not football this is so clear and obvious by that penalty for City he should have had an Oscar for that dive

Without VAR they were inconsistent too!

      So no F***ing change really.
