From a Liverpool perspective, no!! We've been through this sh*t before. Lampard's a tory c**t and Scholes is a ginger garden gnome looking f**ker.

From a Liverpool prospective of course not. However, from a man who doesn’t wear rose tints all three deserve a mention.  :P

England have a lot of talented footballers.

Like I said the other day, good enough to win World Cup just not got a manager, hopefully will be eating my words if we pick it up. Then again I still don’t rate him.  ;D

Don’t think I’ve ever seen Koulibaly have a good game for the hype he got.

He was pure class and best player at the AFCON. Him and Mane carried Senegal to the trophy, mostly Koulibaly.
He's not played well for Chelsea and had a poor WC.

      Hendo was very good today.

We got to get Bellingham at Liverpool. He is very good, a perfect fit for our team. He's a massive upgrade on Keita and Ox.

France will be a very tough game, a big step up from the teams England have played in this tournament.

Disappointing way for Senegal to go out after a promising opening half hour or so.

And then I saw an image of Diouf on the screen and all that disappointment flowed away.

Senegal had to score when they were on top first half hour, first goal knocked them, second goal coming when it did finished them off. Second half the third goal put it beyond any doubt...that's when I turned over to the Antiques Roadshow...which sadly was equally dull.

Been some horrible penalty calls by VAR in this World Cup. I make it 3 idiotic decisions so far.

As for England, very good tonight. Wouldn't surprise me if the winner of the France game won the tournament. Senegal were pretty sh*te. Had nothing - like Wales.

For all the upsets In the group stage seems to be going according to play with Holland v Argentia and England vs France.

Guess it will time to see if Southgate can silent a few critics if he can get a result vs French side look to be humming along.

All four teams knocked out this weekend looked like they expected to get beat from the off...Poor games compared to Thursday/Friday's drama.

Isn’t it a case of more the team carrying Safegate? I still think England are better than what we’re showing.  We could win the bloody thing and I’d still want Safegate out. Could be rise Sir Safegate if he pulls it off.  :lmao:

Yes I know you can only beat what's in front of you....but England have faced dross so far. If they get past France there's not much left of genuine quality.

I know few people who went to Qatar and they all been saying that the quality and level of infrastructures puts many EU countries to shame, especially in the metro system in Qatar.
