Appalling lack of care and responsibility from Senegal and all involved. While Mane may have wished to carry on, Senegal's failure to act immediately looks bad on them. The decision ultimately lies with them

Same thing ahould have happened to the opposition keeper until he was sent off.

Disagreed with that decision as thought a bad clash of heads but never a red for the Cape Verde keeper. Interesting that some south american refs have been officiating in the tournament as well.
