Would u rather put up your srongest 11 for Leeds or for the final vs. Chelsea? As an everlasting Caraboa-Skeptic I'd easily choose Leeds and rotate heavily against Chelsea, and there's a decent chance since the latest developments of the weekend that many could agree with me, but do they?

I don't feel that we need to choose between the two.  Though the league match is obviously more important, we have a squad capable for winning both matches, and that's what I expect to happen.  A 70% LFC should be far too good for Leeds and then a 100% LFC is better than the chavs, so...  Fingers crossed that it works out that way.

we now play before City for the next 4 games...

If We beat Leeds and Everton get something we could go a point behind by beating West Ham.

      Then its the Manc Derby.

Every game is the next important one I know but....
It’ll be interesting to see if the sh*te bend over
Like they’ve done on numerous ocassions ,the only difference this time is the shithouses could do with  the points this time.

Like letting their opponent score? ;D

It won't be easy. They don't let you breathe for a second and they have lots of pace on the counter where we can be vulnerable. However, they have injuries to two of their most important players and they will concede a hatful of chances.

I'm pissed off that it's not on telly because my laptop is in repair.

      NB: Team no longer available

I am crazy but I would rest Matip, Henderson, Thiago and Diaz for Sunday.

My team won't happen but I think my team have enough to win comfortably.

Might be right with Origi and think Diaz will play as probably won't start Sunday

Swap Naby Lad and Ox for Harvey and Curtis, and that's my team, too...  And, like you, I feel that we'll have more than enough to win at home against a tired and (probably) pretty dejected Leeds side.

I get rotating the squad but there’s certain crunch times in a season where your best XI need to play a couple on the bounce.

This and the weekend is one of them IMO.

So, when would you rotate the top players, mate?  Surely Leeds at home is one of the easiest matches that we have remaining this season?

A full strength side with TAA and Robbo back to face Leeds on Wednesday night, then on to Wembley on Sunday against Chelsea. It should be a great week ahead to pick up our first piece of silverware of the season !

This is a chance to get 3 points closer to city. Really put the pressure on.

For me, we should start full strength and look to change at 60 mins.

Thiago and Fabinho were both at Elland Road for the Man United game, I think both will start.

Need to get to goals and close shop at the earliest….

At this stage I’m not concerned about performance but the 3 points…

That’ll give Pep sleeplessness nights ..

Every game for the rest of the season is a must win - We cannot afford any slip ups, anywhere.  And we're still facing the issue of trying to keep the squad as fresh as possible as we attempt to maintain the pressure on Oil Money FC... So, though I get what you're saying, at some point, we'll need to give certain players a night off - If we can't do it against relegation fodder at home, when can we?

We made 7 changes at the weekend and almost paid the price.

Leeds is massive let’s be honest, drop points and all the momentum is gone. Win and the pressure is really cranked up.

Full strength Wednesday and at Wembley and then take stock after that.

Not many non-crunch games at this time of the season though.

I think it'd be crazy not to go full strength in this game. You can argue over one or two whether it is weakening the team or just a fresher pair of legs and slightly different qualities but the big hitters must start. Leeds are one of the most volatile teams I've seen in a while.

With Robbo, Trent and Fabinho been rested last time out they are easy starters this time around.

I’d have Elliott and Thiago (who was a sub against Norwich) start as the 2 in front of Fabinho and then rotate in Divock with Mane and Salah in their usual spots.

If there’s one thing Leeds cannot do is defend, plus being at Anfield I expect we will score, and likely more than one.

      Go full strength.

      Allison
      TAA
      Robertson
      VVD
      Kanate

      Fabinho
      Elliot
      Ox

      Salah
      Mane
      Diaz

And then we have four days rest. And then another four days rest:
Then we can make 11 changes for the cup game vs Norwich.

They were in the stand? Do they have a friend playing for one of the clubs?

      Does that seem odd?

I totally agree with you, we have a top class squad now and should be able to rest some of our squad especially against inferior competition.
