They were absolutely bolloxed simply gassed out and with our improvement was only going to end one way

I wonder how history will look back on the importance of Spurs bidding for Luis, in doing so forcing the clubs hand in getting him signed for this season rather than next.

Was just thinking about what a privilege it is to have this team to follow. Only 24 years for me so not nearly as long or ingrained as many of you, but after going through a number of seasons winning nothing, and then the H&G years, and now this great run under Jürgen, with this season on the verge of topping them all - what a true joy.

Tonight they got a proper challenge and responded to it so coolly and technically and energetically and just grabbed the game by the balls and reminded everyone that we are the best team on the planet.
