Liverpool make five changes for tonight’s clash with Aston Villa at Villa Park.

Joel Matip and Kostas Tsimikas come into defence for the Reds for the Premier League encounter, while Naby Keita and Curtis Jones return in midfield.

Diogo Jota is restored in attack, while Roberto Firmino is fit enough to be named among the substitutes after a six-match absence due to injury.

I have no idea on the form of Jones and not sure if they’ve played together as a 3 before?

Line up not far off what expected really, not a huge amount of rotation. Salah rightly finds himself on the bench, hopefully this gives him the kick up the arse he needed.

Nae Robbo at all, hope it’s pre-cautionary, couple of surprises didn’t think Curtis would be a starter, and thought Thiago would have, still, it’s a good side and should be too strong for Villa, Salah on the bench arguably should have happened before now but I imagine he’ll come on later maybe last 15, would also like to see Bobby if fit enough, Wembley will be perfect for him off the bench but he’ll need minutes before the final.

The league is a 20/1 shot and while we should obviously play to win tonight it's right to keep a few players back for Saturday.
