How many games will Nunez be banned for? 1, 2 or 3? Seems to vary these days…

I am thinking with the two head butts  he’s definitely getting the maximum which I believe is three games correct?

Maybe this result kicks us into action
You have to win games like this...you just HAVE to .......Salah our multimillion pound superstar not showing enough of his undoubted talent. He's got to do more.

City already over the hill and far away

Or we can stop being dramatic and realise these things happen from time to time.

      The title is over.

Regardless of dropping points we just don't look right, having Milner and Phillips in the starting 11 says it all.

Our squad depth is lacking and now we are already 4 points behind City I think we need to just push for top four and see what happens.

Need to forget about chasing a title for now, let's get some form together and see where we are after 10 games, it's a hard ask to follow City's lead year on year can't get bogged down with what they are doing.

I wouldn’t get too carried away just yet, weren’t we 10 points behind them at mid season last year?

Poor finishing and bone head play from Nunez cost us. Thought we came out of yhe gates well but when they got the goal took the sails out our winds then added Nunez red for whatever reason our play elevated a bit more.

Diaz who struggled most of the game goal was a blinder, hopefully something he can build on.

Rough start just puts a ton of pressure on us to go one some insane run like we did last year which is a big ask given how many players are out of the lineup

      I'd love to be wrong.

Just don't see the City team now allowing us back in it like that team did.

Phillips no no no watch all pre season F***ing liability same tonight

Trent what's with the timber you put on maybe muscle but you look.slow and sluggish not good sh*te again tonight.

Miller, you come on to.slow things down and see a game out you don't start.

3 great forwards but no midfield to supply and a full.back who appears muscle bound not good at all.

F**k me, given Kostas' cameo off the bench I wouldn't have him anywhere near the starting XI at the moment.

Based on how they performed for the entire time they were on the pitch

      Great -
Good - VVD, Diaz, Elliot (MotM)
Ok - Gomez, Tsimikas, Henderson, Fabinho, Salah, Nunez, Carvalho
      Weak - Milner, Trent, Robertson
      Poor - Phillips

Even though Palace scored, I thought Alisson had absolutely nothing to do all game.

As far as Nunez goes, I don't care he's out for three matches. We change how we play when he's on the pitch, and it doesn't look good. In an attempt to accommodate his style and play to his strengths, we lose our fluidity and momentum.

At one point we were 14pts behind City last season. Just saying.
