Liverpool are paying a heavy price for standing still. In this game you go backwards very quickly. It's not just arsenal and United who will leave us behind this season ... Brighton looks leagues ahead.
We're relying on kids and 30 somethings. We look stale and unmotivated. Trent ... how bad does he have to be to be dropped? Thought we might see what he was made of today ... come out with abit of fire. But he's even worse ... sloping around In neutral ... he wants dropping and he isn't the only one dining out on the past.
We are in serious trouble this season. I don't see us making the top 4. Top 6 is a stretch to truly believe in.
As shanks once said ... time to break them up and start again. We've stood by too many for too long .... most of whom have contributed nothing apart from be injured.
It's a big Summer ahead. We need major investment. We've no assets left to sell. This mess lies with the players, with klopp but mostly with our pathetic owners.
Invest this summer in quantity and quality or sell up and f*ck off because this has been coming.
