Agreed. Klopp has gained sort of a cult following, so most don’t even want to entertain it.

      Dickhead comment.

It's called supporting the manager. How long have you supported the club?

Go back to Shankly - that was a cult following and everyone loved it who was there. Would of loved to have followed the Reds then.

Newcomers like you should at least learn the history of the club and how it's a holy trinity.

We just spent ÂŁ40mil on a player 2 weeks ago 🛎️ end

This is the problem imo. averaging 18.5m every season. net spend of 92.5 in last five years, when other teams with which we are supposed to compete against has alot higher then us.

Anyone calling for Kloops head does not have a clue. This team needs a total rebuild. I do think last years League and champions league defeats have mentally drained a paper thin squad. Throw in injuries and loss of form and it’s looking like a mid table finish as things stand.

Just look at every players’ body language. Klopp has extracted everything from them. They’ve nothing left in them. They look like walking dead. No more fire. We no longer press hard, push the opposition back, try to create chances, shoot and try to get goals. Some look like they can maintain at the highest level anymore. Midfield is a case in point.

I don’t think Klopp should go but this is a massive rebuild needed now. Maybe his time has expired. The football is dire.

I think cult following is maybe the wrong expression, it’s 100% justified given what he has done here but I get what you’re saying. You can see by the replies to my post that people get very defensive over what I think was a reasonable post. I’d be distraught if Klopp wasn’t at this club but I think people just aren’t facing facts. Regardless of under-investment, fatigue, injuries or whatever else, look at the team we put out today - should we be getting beat 2-0 off Brighton? Even more concerning is you can’t say they don’t deserve it.

      Calling for Klopp's head? No

But failing to see any link between our performance today (and for most of this season) with the manager is being willfully blind. The players we have out there are miles better than this and the manager seems to not be able to do anything about it.

It's the one negative I see with the way Klopp plays... he builds his perfect team and gets everything out of them, but I'm not sure he knows when to let them go, and is loyal to a fault, and one of the reasons I think he has the season 7 syndrome thing at other clubs... 7 seasons is a long time to get that intensity out of the same players... part of its investment, but you can't ignore part of it is Klopp... I just hope he realises and we can sort this midfield out by at least next summer with some fresh legs and start looking up.

Quite how trent stayed on is a mystery.

Nice to see Doak on. Pity he's come on for ox when the game is over ... as predicted in the prematch.

The likes of bajcetic and doak can't do any worse than fabinho Ox etc.
