I don’t  trust this team anymore like previous years. It’s over…last weekend like the first 20mins v Real were glimpses of the past but that’s all it is. This team is not capable of getting top four. Huge investment required in the summer. Hope Jürgen is given the funds.

Regarding Van Dijk, he’s been really below average/poor for 18 months or so.
I doubt he will ever get back to the heights of his powers again. Injuries can do that.

At least we can laugh at Everton with this result.

Something is missing in this squad. Leadership is lacking this year. Happens far too often this season after a big game. VVD can't be our future captian

So basically we can't break any team down that plays a defensive formation anymore.

We only beat teams that leave a lot of space for us to counter attack.

We need a creative midfielder so bad it's not funny.

That is really a takeaway. We had problems with it previously too but this season its magnified. Maybe new players solve it, maybe we also need a new system‘s approach.
