Good to see this getting wrapped uo early. Think we have done good business here. Young promising player for a good fee. Just like i criticise owners for not doing enough this season, i have to give them credit for starting well for next season. Let hope we get couple of anothwr signings in.

Not sure if this signing is a sign of things to come but if the price of £35m - £45m is correct this is a fantastic piece of business, Mac is a World Cup winner, has pulled lots of trees up at B&HA, has potential to become world class and has been proven previously, Jürgen has a eye for a particular talent and with it the knack of adding a extra 12% to a individual’s performance, he was key at Brighton where he could control pace/rhythm to any game under Potter & De Zerbi, his qualities stand out although we have yet to see him at his absolute best and we will under a Klopp system,

Seems like good business. As I've said before, I don't care about the fee, just want Klopp to have his first pick of players. He should instantly strengthen our midfield. But much more work needs to be done. This can only be a start.

Such a shame if our other weaknesses are not addressed, as you suggest Mac Allister can only strengthen the midfield but the improvement will lessened if the other shortcomings are ignored.
