The replay stops at the point where the elbow touches the ball but not the moment when the side of the torso touches the ball.  This gives the impression to the ref for giving the pen.  Once again, this is another example how VAR ref affects the outcome of the game while hiding behind the screen.

Absolute disgrace what happened to Newcastle there. And I'm no fan of them. But they will be OK as they'll beat Milan on tyneside and psg will lose in dortmund and even if that match is a draw so both teams finish level I think Newcastle will go through on head to head.
