Gakpo is just a decent squad player

He is not even that, he offers nothing

We should have killed the game in the second half but didn’t. We were poor the last 10 minutes and didn’t do much in extra time either. Our goals were a touch lucky and in fairness Man Utd deserved it.

Sucks to lose a game that was ours for the taking but we have to move on and keep fighting for the league and EL. Crap time to have an international break.

Always remember the famous the commentator when Norway beat England 2-1 😂

Lord Nelson, Lord Beaverbrook, Sir Winston Churchill, Henry Cooper, Lady Diana, we beat you all. 😂
Maggie Thatcher can you hear me? We knocked you out of the FA Cup.   :lmao:

What a match, what a game. Those that don’t wear rose tints based on 120 mins football know the best team won. Yet another great match for the neutrals of football.

Fortunately the manc thread very quite, for a few days anyway.  ;D

Coventry would be nice but let’s be honest it’s still City’s for the taking. 🤢

We had them on the rack 2nd half, failed to take our chances, them let them back in and just made stupid errors giving the ball away in extra time.

We should've won, at 2-1 up we had them on the ropes, our own fault but we've got bigger fish to try . City will destroy them anyway, we'll keep going

Take your biggest goal threat off and put a mediocre midfielder on, that’ll show em !

Mo wasn’t brilliant but as he’s always capable of creating something, he always occupies two defenders. Once he went off utd pushed on further and had one more in midfield,

What was the reasoning in making the subs 🤷‍♂. Anyone know ? Beats me

When we went for the quadruple last time we came up short so maybe not having the extra games will mean our focus is that much greater on winning the league. Use the energy to redouble our efforts there.

Definitely something good out of this loss.

I ain’t digging out any players, just one of those games. Unfortunately it was a classic and will be part of their winnings reels for years to come.

This team needs Konate back desperately too. F**k he's doing getting injured in Prague F**k knows.

Nunez and Diaz are just not smart footballers. Ball stays at their feet too much and when the game moves quixk the botch it more often than not. Klopp stunk tonight

Yeah Mo, Nunez and Diaz just backfired several times. No need to panic and call the season over. Were're not Spurs yer know..

Thought big Virgil had a good game but generally we threw that away with big mistakes that shouldn’t happen at this level . Can’t remember us actually throwing a game away like that especially against them of all teams .

If he wasn’t fit he should never have started the game, we’ve coped without him for a few weeks, put him on the bench and use him if we need him.

Also, is the FA going to ever do anything about the tragedy chanting by the scum fans? Seems to be prevalent every single game. Classy bunch they are.

Nunez like to smash the middle of road and minnows. Been very poor against Arse, United, City, Tottenham, etc.

Game moves to fast for he and Diaz

At 2-1 we had numerous chances, but there was an element of showboating about us, as if that one goal would be enough...F it...it's done now.
