Accidentally put Robbo as MOTM. He was superb when he came on but can't begrudge that Gerrard like display from Mac. And topped off with a Gerrard like goal. Guided Liverpool to so many points in the last few months. What a star.

Another game where we start playing to our full potential after the opposition score; definitely need to  concede the inevitable poor goal on 6 minutes, not 60.

They made us wait until the 90th minute before giving us relief 

Crazy lads. Should have been so much more comfortable. Instead we got desperate at times and it's a massive relief to take the 3 points. What a stunner from Mac Allister. Nice finish from Gakpo too

Changes made the difference but they should have been made sooner

 I didn't get to watch it...but on the wireless it sounded like we were off it...especially in front of goal. Truth is we should be wiping the floor with this level of opponent..Macca has kept us in it....he's become our talisman. Great result in the end.

People were rating Gomez at HT and not sure it was all that great. He was certainly heavily involved but half the time I felt he was getting in the way a bit.

Much prefer Robbo at left back. The balance of the side so much better just to having a natural left footer on that side.

Well that's a relief. Would've been hard to take dropping points in this one. MOTM is a bit easy.

Elliot, Jones, Robbo n Gakpo all made a difference when they came on as well. Thought Gakpo was particularly good, beating people in tight spaces.

On to the Munts. Hopefully be a bit more incisive around the box.

We struggled at home against cannon fodder and needed a miracle goal from Macca that happens 1 out of 50 times. This team will find ways to lose more than a couple of points, just how they find ways to struggle against weak teams or trailing 0-1 more than a zillion times. At one point luck will fade…. I know you do not like it, I do neither, but it is what it is.
