Because honestly, we are LFC and should wipe the floor with teams like Luton. Also because we should pit our youngsters against teams in the FA cup to see how they go.

I think we would go out playing with this sqaud. We definately should be able to beat them with that squad but not on current confidence. I think we need a big win tonight and rafa will most likely put out quite a few first teamers. I would like to see that sqaud but at the moment i think we need more of a strong side with more certainty to it to get a win and regain confidence.

No doubt he will play practically a first team and the media will slate him as fielding a side from a desperate man.  I think the reserves and players with a point to prove would fight hard for the win and thats what we need right now. THats the logic behind my team, not a Rafa-esque logic but hey, whatever.

True i see your way of thinking. Rafa can't win at the moment, he will get as u said above if he fields a strong side and if he doesnt it will be seen as an insane risk and he will be slated again.

I see your point crouchinho but we played a more experienced team than that in the last game and couldn't beat Luton.

No worse than he is getting now mate. No backing from the board, no respect from the media, why not? Lets think about it a second, this is Luton v Liverpool. There is only one winner. Besides, i would love to see Insua, El Zhar and co get a run out and show us what they can do.

I also like to see some of the young players get a game but right now I feel the best option is to put out a strong side and get a big win to boost the confidence of the players.

We do need our strongest side, possibly Itandje in goal because he is consistent. Normal back four, best midfield in the world (-Sissoko) and Torres and Crouch, NO RAFA NOT VORONIN, up front.

Im willing for youngsters to play but Voro? Uh-uh. No chance. The lad has no idea, i'm sure Luton wouldnt even want him.
