Who has been Liverpools best player so far this season?

For me it has got to be between torres and gerrard. Both played some outstanding football this season.

torres has been the most consistent of the two I think...


Carra has been rock solid and is well worth a mention.

Shouldn't this be in The Kop? And I will say Carragher, never given up, and never underperformed.

Torres for me. Been a class above the rest at times. Carragher deserves a mention too. Gerrard doesnt though, he may have played SOME good games but definately not our best so far.

Torres has been a joy to watch but for me,maybe it says something about what i like in the game, its Masch. What a player this guy is. Talk about edge of the seat signings when I see Masch hunting a player down Im on the edge of my seat!!

Agree with you 100%, head and shoulders for me. What a first season this lad is having...we couldn't have asked for more

1 - Fernando Torres - About a country mile ahead of his team mates, without him where would we be?
2 - Javier Mascherano - Has often found himself on his own in the middle and hasn't failed to impress.
3 - Steven Gerrard - With seven Premiership goals, he can't be doing much wrong!
4 - Jamie Carragher - Hasn't been great this season, been our best defender which doesn't say too much.
5 - Pepe Reina - Simply because he hasn't done much wrong, no one else deserves fifth best this season.

To come into the English Premier League in your first season and play like he has is nothing short of phenomenal.
