It got extended to the first mate because the 31.1.09 was a Sunday

31st was a Saturday. Can't take you seriously if you come out with "facts" like that.

      you are talking nonsense.

You are one of those who devalues the Cup competition and I for one would like to call Liverpool a great side and do our best to win everything.

What kind of fan.... as far as I can see I'm one who is a hell of alot smarter than you sir. You need to get your priories set out. Thinking with the head always prevails over the heart, always

There has also been a further extension which means that if clubs can prove a deal was made before 5pm, it is okay for them to complete it after this time.

Damn! I was hoping for more time for us to bring in a replacement!

Sorry, but all my fellow Keane doubters were right. What a terrible signing he was regardless who bought him.

      Bye Robbie, good luck.

I think letting him go was a mistake. If Nando was out Id rather see Robbie playing up front than N'Gog

Yeah because the league and European Cup are just little trinkets.

Lets think were would I rather go shitty arse Wembley (with hardly anywhere to have a decent pre-match drink) or Rome. Decisions decisions

Im not sad to see Keane leave. Given the amount of games he has played he has contributed very little. Lets now use the money from him to get Quaresma or Lennon ;)

A few of us were prediciting as long ago as December that we would not be bringing anyone in, I was in the camp of keeping Robbie until the end of the season, but the deal looks like its been done, we move on.

Our money problems are simply the fault of the Yanks and nothing will change until they are gone.

You know, if Benitez continually played his best possible side in the league, I'd say ok, lets do that, lets play a lesser side in the cup, but he doesn't does he.

So he might aswell play his best side in the Cup thats if he knows what it is.
