Who are your three worst buys for Liverpool of all time??

Torben Piechnik

Cost £500,000 in 1992. Played 24 games. Scored 0. Last game was substituted at half time after being run ragged by Newcastle.

Jimmy Carter

Cost £800,000 in 1991 - played 8 times 0 goals. What was Kenny thinking. It was Kenny's last signing.

Jean Michel Ferri

Houllier's first signing cost 1.5 million!! Played twice as a substitute. Then was sold for 1.5 million. Widely believed to have been signed to be Houllier's 'mole' in the Liverpool camp.

Any advances on these??

Anthonio Nunez... his game seemed to improve before he left but he took forever to settle into the team and he didn't always play well because of it.

El haj Diouf - £ 10 million - reminds me a bit of Cisse - too much time spent in the hairdressers - not enough time spent training

Daio was awful i cannot belive we payed 5m for him, you can say douif was poor but he was ok for senagal i just thought it was more of a mental thing with him.

imho, when crown was still sponsoring liverpool, the kit is still one of the best one todate.

Oyvind Leonhardsen was an awful player. Smicer was rubbish as well but scored in the final so kind of made up for it
