Liverpool Football Club has received an allocation of 2361 stand tickets for this ALL ticket fixture priced as follows:-
 
Adult £33.00
Over 65’s £22.00
Child £12.00 (under 16)
Wheelchair and Assistant £33.00
 
Due to persistent standing by Liverpool supporters at away stadia last season, our ticket allocation has been reduced by the certifying authority who issue Sunderland’s safety certificate.
 
Tickets will be available to Season Ticket Holders based on attendance at Premier League away fixtures during Season 2007-2008 on the following days,
 
Attendance at 16 or more games Thursday 7 August 2008
 
Attendance at 14 or more games Saturday 9 August 2008
 
Attendance at 12 or more games Monday 11 August 2008
 
The allocation of tickets will be subject to availability and while stocks last.
 
Tickets will be available for personal application at the Ticket Office, by postal application and credit card bookings on Telephone Number 0844 844 0844, (Overseas (0044) 870 220 2151). The Fan Card must be presented when applying at the Ticket Office and in the case of postal applications or telephone applications the number must be quoted, telephone bookings will require the applicants address to be confirmed and are subject to a booking fee.
 
Please Note: Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying Fan Card.
Supporters can purchase tickets for up to a maximum of SIX qualifying Fan Cards at the Ticket Office window, and FOUR qualifying Fan Cards on the Telephone booking lines.
If Supporters wish to purchase a greater number of tickets they can apply by postal application.
 
Please do not apply if you do not meet the required criteria, any queries regarding the Fan Card please telephone 0844 844 2005.
 
We would emphasise to all eligible applicants that no guarantee can be given that tickets will be available to all who apply.

I've got a question about the city of Sunderland.

I'm an American student who has been doing a summer program at Cambridge. My flight back home leaves at 11am on Sunday morning from Manchester. I've been planning on going to this game all summer. However, since it's a late start, making the last train from Sunderland to Manchester will be a challenge. Plus I will have my luggage with me. If I can find a place to store my luggage during the game, I think I'll try to risk it. However, looking online, I haven't been able to find any facilities in Sunderland that offer a left luggage service.

So my question is, does anyone know of a place in Sunderland near either the stadium or the rail station where I could store my backpack and suitcase? Thanks in advance.

If anyone thinking of heading to Sunderland for the game tickets are on general sale, you'll have to sit wit the home fans and stay calm when we score. What was that Quinn was saying? They,re bigger than us..........
