Obviously missed the news story in which Mick McCarthy placed a £50m price tag on Doyle's head.

I obviously missed the story that we were even considering him!

Although the man is spot on I must ask the question is it the place of the president of Bayern Munich to announce in public Liverpool's financial situation?

Well our owners certainly won't do it, so at least someone has come out and said it!

No mate,it is an indication as to how far our reputation has deteriorated over the last 3 years, particuarly in the last 12 months.

Most likely been asked several times before but! When RBS call in that loan and the Twanks can't pay up.Does that mean we defo go into the dreaded administration and get docked ? points ?

I think it depends on the circumstances of the deal.

I think RBS can run the club as a going concern.  A club only goes into administration if the bank/owners actually call in a legal administration team.

"Under the terms of American owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett’s latest refinancing agreement with RBS, the bank could force the insolvency of Liverpool in the event of default, putting the club in administration.

However, it is unlikely RBS would go down this route as it has no plans to hold Liverpool as a subsidiary and will try to maximise debt recoveries by selling the club at a knockdown price."

So it's unlikely. That's why potential bidders are holding back. They want to buy Liverpool on the cheap, not the figure that those brain dead cu*ts valued the club at.
