The injuries list makes an interesting viewing. Newcastle and West ham got it bad. But we have our Numero Uno Striker and defender out. We are the worse hit, But we still stay on top of the table.           

I wouldnt say that we had it the worst, Chelsea are missing their best striker  and two starting midfielders. And the players that West Ham are missing are vital to them.

What's OS Trigonium syndrome?

Os Trigonum Syndrome Injury

Os Trigonum Syndrome refers to pain in the back of the ankle that is caused by impingement of soft tissues on a bony prominence at the back of the Talus bone (at the back of the ankle). Pain in the back of the ankle is the first indicator of Os Trigonum Syndrome. The area in front of the Achilles tendon is sore to touch and the bony prominence may even be palpable. The diagnosis can usually be confirmed by x-ray views of the ankle from the side.

Rest from the sports and activities that aggravate Os Trigonum Syndrome is required for 4 to 6 weeks, to allow the soft tissues to settle down and heal. If Os Trigonum Syndrome is recurrent, an orthopaedic consultant may operate to remove the offending bony prominence. Rehabilitation following this procedure usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks.

All our injured players are out for less than one week! 

Our injuries aren't too serious. I mean we have good cover for the players we've lost. Like Arsenal can't replace Fabregas or Walcott at the moment.
