The most complete premier League Boss (?)

Add it all up and who is the most complete Premier League boss? Sportsmail can reveal all...

So which current Premier League manager comes closest to fulfilling Sportsmail’s requirements for the ‘perfect’ boss?

We judged each manager on prudence, charisma, tactician, father figure, sportsmanship, man management, passion, bullishness, team spirit, communication and likeability.

The winners of the individual categories can be found here:

The anatomy of a perfect manager: Fergie, Mourinho and Don Fabio

but who was the overall winner of the domestic title?

Incredibly, none of the Big Four get into the top two and only Manchester United's Sir Alex Ferguson makes the top four of all the super powers.

However, they all made the top ten but none could hold a candle to the all-round package that is the winner...

      1 Martin O'Neill (Aston Villa)

O’Neill’s communication and man management skills, passion and attitude off the field win him plaudits in our managers’ table.

      2 "The Chosen One" (Everton)

Moyes’ ability to manage on a tight budget and build a strong team ethic at Goodison Park is rewarded with points in our league.

3 Sir Alex Ferguson (Manchester United)

Ferguson is the most successful manager in our table by a mile, but he falls down in terms of charisma, likeability and sportsmanship.

      4 Harry Redknapp (Spurs)

Redknapp struggles in the prudence category but makes up for it with his passion and experience. 'Triffic'.

      5 Arsene Wenger (Arsenal)

Wenger gets top marks for prudence and man management but, like his great rival Sir Alex Ferguson, his whining at referees lets him down.

6 Rafa Benitez (Liverpool) Steve Bruce (Wigan Athletic), Roy Hodgson (Fulham)

In Bruce and Hodgson the Premier League has two managers doing good things are relatively small clubs, whilst you just never know what you’re going to get with Mr Benitez.

      10 Gianfranco Zola (West Ham)

There’s no much to judge Zola on so far at West Ham, but he’s been shrewd in selling off fringe players during the transfer window and has retained his nice guy attitude whilst getting results on the field.

"Whilst you just never know what you're going to get with Mr Benitez"?

That's all that could be said about Rafa's 5 years in the Premiership?

      Harry Redknapp, Arsene Wenger?
