Your Hangover Cures??!!

Mars Bar or Galaxy Milkshakes.

So so good.

Cold water is always a winner though. Get hydrated again, and the rest will follow!

Nothing works best than greasy food to help you get back on your feet

 A strong coffee some paracetamol and lots of water.

Have some water or juice before you go to bed so it re-hydrates you a bit and wont wake up with such a headache.

Get up and have a fry up or a bacon sarnie with a bottle of Lucozade and a can of Red Bull/Relentless/Source etc (it's all the same thing).

Might not work for everyone but works a treat for me. Although I usually feel pretty good when I first wake up anyway, even if i mix my drinks

Chocolate milkshake (preferably a Mars or Galaxy one) and a Maccies breakfast.

I want to get pissed tonight just to have that tomorrow morning.

Whatever time I get in I usually stay up for an hour just drinking pints and pints of water, I usually shower before I go to sleep to, even if it keeps me up for a while!

A lot of effort but definitely worth it in the morning, also.. If you haven't got a glass of water ready for when you wake up, then you're in serious trouble! You know that feeling when your mouth tastes like crap, horrible feeling that.

Be a bad idea for me to have a shower when i get in, i make enough noise getting to my room and that's downstairs so going up stairs to the shower i'd wake the whole house

Whatever greasy, no good for you, sh*te fast food you can get your hungover little hands on! That, or a fry up at home of bacon and eggs, and then i like to get myself a nice big fruit smoothie from somewhere as well. Always helps.

OT: I always think eating something before you go to sleep helps, although obviously not something like a great big pizza! Couple of packs or crisps or something normally does the trick.
