      Remember bags of conkers in the playground?

      Jumpers for goalposts. Isn't it?

      When I was little I said 'plonker' - Only Fools was at the height of its fame then.

      My mum and dad looked at me like I'd told them to F**k off.

      Minty = sh*t

      Let rip = Farted

      Trick or Treat = Trick or Treat, not "give us some sweets or cash or we'll brick your windows and tip your car upside down!"

      Flid! ::) F***ing hell, forget how harsh we are when we're kids, all the stuff we used to say without really thinking how much we could hurt someone or what it meant.

      Still say gimp though. :D

      For good stuff, used to say skill, brill, ace, top notch. Had a habit of saying bad stuff was vulgar, too. And ringpiece was a good insult that I don't use anymore. :D

      Some arl girl in the chippy today was talking to some other arl girl saying her washing machine was broke so she'd have to run her washing down the bagwash.
