Some of this scouse talk is like a whole other language for me! Quite interesting actually !

Flid! : F***ing hell, forget how harsh we are when we're kids, all the stuff we used to say without really thinking how much we could hurt someone or what it meant.

Still say gimp though.

For good stuff, used to say skill, brill, ace, top notch. Had a habit of saying bad stuff was vulgar, too. And ringpiece was a good insult that I don't use anymore.

"Wicked" has got to be up there..
Also "bare" to mean loads.

"Scatty" hadn't heard that for ages until me mate said it before. Said this girl in the shop was proper scatty.

Some arl girl in the chippy today was talking to some other arl girl saying her washing machine was broke so she'd have to run her washing down the bagwash.

I hadn't heard the word bagwash for yonks.

For those of you not familiar of the term 'arl' - it means 'old' in scouse.
