Everyday I cook for 200 people. a full English breakfast then a 3 course lunch then afternoon pastries and what do I eat f*ck all except fruit at lunchtime. Not that I'm a hero, it's just that when your'e cooking it you get so p*ssed off with the smell of it , that you'd rather stick pins in your'e eyes than eat it yourself. So perhaps here's a top tip people, if you wanna lose weight, work in a kitchen( wages sh*te, temperatures hot, dehydration the norm, temperament fluctuations regular) but you could always become vegetarian.
